Manufacturer Warranties: Warranty coverage for vinyl materials is provided by the manufacturers (e.g., Inozetek, Tinybot, KPMF) and not directly by Max Speed Shop.
Vehicle Condition: We are not liable for pre-existing paint damage or clear coat failure that may be revealed during the wrap installation or removal process.

2. Track Membership & Facility Rules
Monthly Memberships: Monthly track memberships are non-transferable and provide access to the track during designated business hours.
Liability Waiver: All drivers must sign a physical or digital liability waiver before using the track. Max Speed Shop is not responsible for damage to personal RC equipment or injuries sustained on-site.
Conduct: We reserve the right to revoke track access or memberships for unsportsmanlike conduct or failure to follow track safety rules.
3. E-Commerce & Sales
Product Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in our RC drift chassis, electronics, and parts listings. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free.
