Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your build. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

  • Unopened Items: We accept returns on brand-new, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply to high-value electronics.

  • Defective Merchandise: For electronic components (ESCs, Servos, Motors) from brands like Yokomo, HobbyWing, and Acuvance, warranty claims are typically handled directly through the manufacturer to ensure the fastest service. We can assist you in starting this process.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened software, used tires, painted bodies, and special order items are final sale.

 

Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: In-stock orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

  • Carriers: We ship via UPS and USPS. Tracking numbers are provided via email immediately upon label creation.

  • In-Store Pickup: Local to Ohio? Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout to grab your parts and hit the track the same day.

Arena & Rental Policies

  • Waivers: All drivers (including renters) must sign a liability waiver before entering the track area. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

  • RTR Rentals: Our "Ready-to-Run" rental fleet is maintained to high standards. Renters are responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse. Standard "wear and tear" (scuffs on tires/body) is expected and covered by your rental fee.

  • Track Etiquette: We follow standard drift etiquette. Slower drivers hold the line; chase drivers adjust speed. Intentional crashing or "griefing" will result in suspension of track privileges without refund.
